**Trainee Estate Agent - North Leeds - £22,000**

**What you will be doing**
This is your chance to learn about various different things on the Lettings and Property Management side of Estate Agency, working directly under the Head of Lettings who has a vast amount of experience in various Lettings markets in the UK.
- Using a CRM system to manage own diary & property access for the property inspections/viewings across the Yorkshire Region
- Download and send the reports to the Estate Agency manager after the property visits
- Carrying out general office administration
- Working closely with the project coordinator and Lettings portfolio consultants to prepare and let properties as quickly as possible
- To conduct property inspections at offer acceptance stage and conduct pre completion checks
- Run through the HHA 2018 act to make sure that the property meets criteria suitable for a tenant. If it doesn’t meet the criteria, create a report of what the property requires to make the property tenantable standard
- Carry out lettings viewings on properties around West Yorkshire
- Create inspection reports using a CRM system, with videos and photos as evidence of the property condition
- Run through the suggested refurbishment works at the property to make sure they are correct according to the budgeted amount from the property team
- Conduct property inspections mid-way through tenancies and create an inspection report
- Obtaining meter readings when required for the managed properties
**What you will have**

- You must be a fast learner
- You must have a driving licence to be added to the business insurance (T&Cs apply)
- Outgoing, Confident and approachable
- Self-Motivating
- Able to work as part of team as well as able to work alone
- Able to use own initiative
- Property experience would be advantageous but not essential
