**Residential Surveyor - Dumfries**

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified residential surveyor to join our established team in our Dumfries office.

Dumfriesshire, and SW Scotland in general, offers a wonderful location to work and enjoy an excellent and affordable standard of living in one of the most attractive parts of the country. Outdoor pursuits abound including walking and cycling in the Galloway Hills, proximity to the beautiful Solway Firth and all within convenient distance of the M74 motorway providing great accessibility.

Applicants should be:

- MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
- experienced in residential valuation work including Home Reports and general valuation work
- excellent in written and verbal communication skills
- motivated and able to work within a team and on their own
