Lead Microwave

**What You’ll Accomplish**
- Lead RF design activities for the RF system through component and chip level designs
- Analysis, design, test development, procurement and delivery of the engineering solution
- Interface with multi-disciplinary teams across the company
- Help to develop and grow our team in Microwave/RF

**Requirements**:

- RF design experience (VHF - X-band)
- Skilled at FEA tools, preferred experience with Ansys Maxwell and HFSS.
- Ability to work and thrive in a small company/start-up environment

**Must-have Skills**
- Proven practical MW/RF (VHF - X-band) design and testing experience
- Proven track record of bringing MW/RF subsystems designs to market
- Skilled at FEA tools, preferred experience with Ansys Maxwell and HFSS
- Ability to work with diverse set of teams to develop and understand needs and requirements.
- Ability to work and thrive in a small company/start-up environment

**Nice-to-have Skills**
- Analog design experience
- Antenna design experience
- Experience with systems engineering lifecycle
- Experience with DFT, DFM, DFR
- Experience with RF vendor supply chain
- Thrives at working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with large scale system development
