**Job Description**:
Working across two of our fashion brands - I SAW IT FIRST and Missguided, duties will include but not limited to:

- Strive for creative greatness in an ever-evolving creative landscape.
- Review creative projects to identify insights and define the creative approach for the brand.
- Work closely with the studio to improve art direction and evolve brand identity.
- Answer creative briefs with innovative thinking and solutions, present visually enticing presentations to both internal team members and external.
- Researching relevant industry and consumer trends and present your finding to the wider team.
- Conceptualise campaign ideas, research/ referencing.
- Consistently maintain high-quality projects in line with the brand guidelines and creative requirements.
- Work in a 360 approach from ‘Concept to Creation’. Understand other creative functions in the studio, such as, Photography, Video, Artwork & Design, Motion Design and Retouch.
- Be an advocate for the brand, acting as internal and 3rd party ambassador, able to proactively extol the unique skills of the internal team.
- Be a leader with on set direction that ensure Photography, Video & Styling are connected.

**Qualifications**:

- Have a deep understanding of ‘Brand’ and ‘Creative’.
- Proven experience within a similar role.
- You have excellent creative concepting and communication skills.
- Maintain a strong and broad knowledge of fashion content trends.
- Able to work accurately, effectively, and quickly turn work around whilst maintaining a high level of quality.
- Display high levels of resilience and able to react to retail in an ever-changing environment.
- Able to clearly articulate ideas to line manager and other team members.
- Appetite to move creative forward and create exciting, on brand campaigns.
- Experience assisting / directing campaign.
- Basic knowledge of photo & video functions for briefing purposes.
- Fashion / Art / Creative degree preferred.
