Porsche Retail Group (PRG) have an excellent opportunity for a Risk Management Specialist to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands and join the head office team of Porsche Retail Group, headquartered in Reading.

In this key role for our group, the Risk Management Specialist will ensure that PRG is effectively identifying and managing risks across the retail group by supporting the maintenance and continued development of the risk management framework and internal control system in operation within the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be PRG’s principle contact on risk management, understand the risks associated with operating in a fast paced retail environment that is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Through the development of a detailed knowledge and understanding of PRG’s commercial operations and processes, you will seek to embed a positive culture of risk management within the retail environment with adherence to internal and external regulatory obligations.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Proven experience within a risk management and/or Compliance monitoring role.

Have a background and understanding of external/internal audit processes.

Sound understanding of risk management processes and mitigating risk through identifying and implementing controls.

Developing and presenting appropriate risk management reporting to business stakeholders.

Knowledge/understanding of the FCA and other regulatory bodies relevant to the financial services industry (i.e. ICO).

Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) and mitigation of AML risk in a high value retail environment.

A track record of performing in a fast-paced retail environment, where risks are high due to the regulatory environment within which PRG operates.

This role is a full-time opportunity located at our Headquarters in Reading: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm. However, we offer flexible and agile working policies.

A basic salary up to £45,000 dependent on experience.

Bonus of up to 15% of basic salary

Ability to participate in the VW Group Employee Car Ownership Scheme.

Option of a further VW Group Vehicle at preferential leasing rates

35 days holiday per year (inc. Bank Holiday), with extra days for long service
