**About R D Willis Properties**

We are a Private landlord/Property Developer with a portfolio of properties which we currently rent out to our own Tenants and different departments in Leeds City Council such as Housing options, Children Services and Barnardos etc which is used for temporary accommodation. Some properties are currently used to house Homelessness and Vulnerable adults with varied backgrounds.

**What we are looking for**

We are currently seeking a highly experienced cleaner to clean a number of Residential properties on a weekly basis. We are looking for someone who is capable of taking responsibility of their own role in the company, although jobs will be distributed to yourself in priority listings this still requires someone of a supervisory level to manage their workload effectively and recognise themselves when a job has been completed to the required standards, someone who is proud to see the difference they have made from the beginning to the end of the job carried out.

**Main Duties**
**- **Cleaning of Flats/Houses on a daily basis ensuring they are clean to the required standards and kitted out with the right contents, ie some flats/houses will require bedding changed, kettles etc depending on what category the property falls in to.
- Manage the stock levels of your own store room where some of the home appliances are kept such as kitchen equipment, bedding etc

Manage all stock levels of cleaning supplies needed to carry out the daily tasks
- listing any contents that may be missing or broke and replacing them
- Reporting any repairs you may find whilst at the property

**Skills required**
- Ability to deep clean as some properties may be Misused due to the nature of the tenants current situation.

Attention to detail: Ability to notice and address small details in cleaning tasks

Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks in a fast paced environment as turning around

Properties can be last minute

Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with Manager

Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing cleaning priorities or schedules

Time management: Efficiently complete cleaning tasks within reasonable timeframes

**Requirements**:

- Full UK Driving license required as company vehicle will be provided whilst in work
- Previous experience in cleaning/supervisory role is required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions

**Salary**: From £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Leeds: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
