- We are looking for a Mould Shop Inspector for a permanent position in Knottingley
- To support our client's growth and increasing production demands, we are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated and pro-active individual to join our client's Mould Shop Repair Department as a Mould Repair Inspector at their West Yorkshire site in Knottingley.
- Reporting to the Mould Shop Manager, you will provide on-going support to the Company's Hot End Production Department, through the inspection of mould equipment and taking appropriate remedial action to rectify faults and failures, ensuring customer specification and production needs are met. In addition, you will be responsible for the management of all ancillary equipment, the daily operational procedures, ensuring continuity of production, and to regularly assist with the ongoing repair and refurbishment of all mould shop equipment.
- This is a day position working 6.00am to 2.00pm Monday to Thursday, and 6.00am to 1.00pm on Friday, however, there is an element of flexibility required for this role, and as such these may change from time to time to suit factory needs.**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct inspections of products or materials to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests on samples
- Analyze inspection results and document findings
- Identify and report any non-conformities or deviations from quality standards
- Collaborate with production team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and testing activities
