You will support and align business and marketing delivery through product assortment and brand partnerships, with clear objective of delivering sales targets. You will be joining a unique and exciting team, within an industry leading organisation.

The position is **full-time** and begins immediately. Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis.

**Temporary Merchandiser Responsibilities**

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Working with each division you will prepare weekly trade results for trade meetings and internal performance notes to promote sales targets
- Take responsibility for weekly product & marketing calls for development and alignment
- Develop and implement the commercial and marketing product milestone calendar with extensive understanding of the brand guest and price mix, in order to build brand list by product categories and stories
- Quickly identify trends in the market stay on top of industry news to produce trend reports and support product requirements to drive key commercial moments with brands
- Attend merchandising calls to share central projects and initiatives with fellow merchandise management
- Coordinate with multiple external companies to create product launch shoots and transfer of goods
- Always come up with new ways of working to deliver industry gold standards

**The Company**

**Temporary Merchandiser Experience**
- You will be experienced Merchandiser Manager who has previously managed a team and has exceptional management and interpersonal skills
- You will have worked overseeing customer requirements from design through to production
- You will have a keen eye for detail with an analytical mind, giving you the ability to anticipate any upcoming issue
- You will be someone with enthusiasm, ambition, and determination
- Keen to work with customers about their products and brand awareness
- Experienced with Excel, PPT presentations and formatting
- Proactive and critical thinker
- Organised and methodical - to be able to deal with multiple tasks and react to questions and issues raised by the team

**The Location**

Our client is based in North Oxfordshire. There is parking available at the office, alongside excellent transport links. Please note this is a full-time, office-based position.
