**Job description**:
**Job Spec HGV Fitter/ HGV Mechanic**

HCL Fleet Services are currently looking to expand the Team as the business is growing

We are looking for a qualified HGV technician/ HGV mechanic/ PSV mechanic/ PSV technician that has the skills and motivation to work with us to maintain and lead the industry as the south regions number 1 fleet maintenance provider.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Carrying out the day to day servicing, MOT preparation and repairs to HGV, PSV and light commercial vehicles.
- You will be maintaining and keeping our own fleet of vehicles compliant on the roads as well as outside customers vehicles.
- You will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance, fault finding and repairs to ensure our customers and our fleet vehicles are safe, compliant and repaired to the highest standards.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant accurately.

Competent and confident with the use of diagnostic equipment to fault find.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience as Mechanical Fitter or technician ideally with a Level 3 NVQ qualification or equivalent.
- A HGV licence is desirable but not essential.
- A Drive to grow and develop within the business.
- A team player that has the ability to also work independently.
- Must have own tools.
