Martial Arts Co-ordinator

We are looking for a Martial Arts Co-ordinator for our martial arts club.

We run classes for adults, teens, kids and run women's only classes for the following diciplines;
- Boxing
- BJJ
- Submission Grappling
- MMA
- K1
- Muay Thai
- Kickboxing

We need someone who is available to work 2-3 evenings a week minimum for the following responsibilities;
- Being the point of contact for instructors
- Finding and organising cover for classes for planned and unplanned instructor absences
- Organising and planning for future timtable expansion
- Rolling out our new registration process
- Co-ordinating with instructors to help organise member competition participation
- Help grow our women's only classes
- Help grow our kids and teens classes
- Plan, produce and deliver all social media content
- Take on all health and safety and maintenence policies
- Review and write all standard and non-standard operating proceedures
- Membership management
- Running and organising inhouse and external events
- Managing instructor invoicing

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour
