Pertemps are currently supporting a highly successful client with a Technical Scheduler. This role will play a crucial part within the business and will be a first point of contact for those within and out with the business.Within this role you will manageall contracts, subcontractors and will schedule work for clients. You will be a main point of contact for contractors and team members to ensure that all scheduled work is completed in a timely and accurate manner. This role will require you to speak to clientsface to face and be able to work efficiently under pressure.
**Role Responsibilities**:

- Schedule planned and reactive work to the correct skilled staff and ensure all contractual KPI’s are met
- Carry out regular analysis of current planned work to identify current trends and patterns to achieve effective delivery of employee resource
- Ensure reports are carried out to ensure that 95% of all planned work and tasks are carried out in a timely manner
- Logging and assigning jobs to the system and ensuring these are kept updated
- Liaising with appropriate parties to provide necessary updates and supporting documentation when required
- Responsible for producing a rota to ensure all work is covered
- Running weekly reports to view performance of work completed/scheduled
- Carry out general administration duties in line with policies and procedures
- Provide support to new starters and any training needed for the team
- Must have previous experience working in a Customer Service either face to face or in a Call or Contact Centre Environment
- Good IT knowledge
- Advantageous to have previous helpdesk experience
- Excellent Communication skills
