Site Manager

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join our development in Exeter for a period of 6 months. This position is based at our co-living development in Exeter and offers an opportunity to be involved in the 133-studio scheme whichwill place an emphasis on community living with residents enjoying a shared kitchen, lounges, library, cinema room, gym, courtyard garden and dining area, as well as co-working space. The development is close to the centre of Exeter and offers extensive bikestorage to make the most of the excellent local cycle routes within the city and the surrounding countryside.
About You
We’re looking for an individual who is educated to NVQ Level 3, ‘A’ Level or HNC standard in a relevant discipline or who has the equivalent experience. With good communication skills and a technical aptitude, it’s important you hold a SMSTS certificate,first aid certificate, scaffolding certificate and have a valid CSCS card. We’d like you to have experience of working with high rise buildings, student accommodation builds or BTR builds and be comfortable working in an extremely fast paced environment. Proficiencyin Microsoft Office programmes including Outlook, Word and Excel are a must, as are strong management and leadership capabilities.
You must be able to display knowledge of working with subcontractors, managing a team and previous experience operating as a Site Manager as well as a good standard and experience of Health and Safety.
