This position pays £11.44, plus shift allowance

**What you’ll be doing**

Working as a Production Operative based in Darlington, you’ll play you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of our company.

You’ll be operating and monitoring our production machinery, assembling components or parts according to specific instructions or blueprints and inspecting finished products.

Working collaboratively with team members and other departments you help to meet production targets and deadlines and identify / report any issues or abnormalities in the production process, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving any problems.

**Your skillset for performance**:
You’ll have prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment, however on-the-job training will also be provided.

A dependable, punctual and strong work ethic is key for this role.

You’ll also have a keen attention to detail to ensure products meet quality standards.
