**Role Overview**:
As a Guest Experience Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest's stay at Donnini Apartments exceeds their expectations. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests and contributing to the growth of our business. Your main focus will be on delivering outstanding guest experience, managing guest enquiries and reservations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional guest experience to all guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Donnini Apartments' properties, including room types, amenities, and local attractions, to effectively assist guests with their inquiries.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or issues, escalating matters as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update the property management system with relevant information.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a guest service or sales role is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to handle guest inquiries and reservations effectively, utilising multiple communication channels.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using property management systems or similar software is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
