Korber Supply Chain UK are looking for a Stock Controller and Admin specialist for our Technical Services department, based in Blackpool, Lancashire.

Working closely with Paul Simpson our Technical Director plus his wonderful, growing team, you will focus on the management of all aspects of the company stock control and administrative processes which includes resale, internal, repair centre and rental stock. This is a **key role** within the business, interfacing with many internal and external customers, therefore exceptional communication skills are a must.

This role is filled with opportunities to develop personally along side potential movement and progression within the company.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure all inventory and stock management systems are maintained accurately, within the agreed parameters and in a timely manner
- Responsibility for purchasing stock lines and spare parts, receiving deliveries, processing customer orders, despatching goods and maintaining stock levels within the agreed inventory parameters
- Repair centre reporting
- Complete regular stock takes, investigations and appropriate follow up actions
- Manual handling of stock and maintaining handling and storage areas ensure they meet OHS regulations
- Providing visibility of stock levels & customer and supplier orders to colleagues & customers
- Deal with queries regarding all aspects of equipment movement
- Manage customer software orders and renewals.
- Ad hoc duties as and when required. i.e. answering telephone calls and similar administrative tasks

**Desirable Experience and Qualifications**
- 2 years’ experience in a stock control focused role
- NetSuite experience

**Skills/Behaviours Desired**
- Proven stock control system and Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
- Ability to manually handle deliveries, orders and stock comfortably
- Ability to use initiative and work closely with your line manager and colleagues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £28,750.00 per year
