Operations Clerk

We are currently hiring for an Operations Clerk, 45 hours per a week, £10.90 per hour.

- Driver brief and debrief
- Allocate collections and deliveries
- Taking calls and managing customer complaints
- Answering and raising tasks on Salesforce CRM
- Occupy the customer

- Complete day to day admin tasks
- Carry out any other duties that may be reasonably required in the context of the job role as instructed by the
- Site/Operation
s Manager.

**Experience & Skills required**:

- Administration skills
- Good knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working within the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
