- 10 hours / Permanent- 22,366 *- Tregaron- *All salary values are pro-rata.- About the roleWe are looking to recruit a Catering Assistant to join our team at Pontrhydfendigaid Primary School on a permanent part time basis, workng 2 hours per day.

The role includes:

- General kitchen duties including washing up of equipment and utensils and the cleaning of all areas and surrounds
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen at all times
- Ensuring observance of Food Safety and Environmental Health standards

On a day-to-day basis you will:

- General kitchen duties including washing up of equipment and utensils and the cleaning of all areas and surrounds.
- Setting up the tables and clearing as required;
- Recording the temperature of food;
- Ensuring observance of Food Safety and Environmental Health standards;
- Ensuring EEC standards on Manual Handling;
- General Health and Safety of kitchen including hazardous equipment

We are looking to recruit an individual with:

- Experience/knowledge of working within a catering environment;
- Adaptability
