The purpose of this role is to work primarily within the sales team, managing the order process from start to finish; ensuring customer expectations are met but also providing administrative support to the business team as a whole to guarantee requirements for the business are met.

The Role:

- Assisting the Sales Team with their workload
- Processing customer orders
- Booking in stock and checking it meets requirements
- Working closely with the sales department and providing any ad hoc support they may need
- Answering phone calls and redirecting to the correct department
- Supporting the office in any other tasks to keep the business running smoothly
- General office and administration tasks
- Organising travel for the sales team
- Process invoicing
- Computer literate - essential for this role
- An enthusiastic and professional manner
- Excellent telephone/interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage workload

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
