Bar Supervisor

**Bar Supervisor - £27,000 pro-rata**

“The Wells” welcomes everyone who wants to play sport, watch sport or simply just talk about sport.

We are looking to hire someone on a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of over time.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Ensure smooth running of all bar operations in the absence of the assistant Bar Manager or Bar Manager
- Ensure weekly/daily checklists are completed by bar staff.
- Ensure all the bar team adhere to systems and procedures as outlined by the club.
- Ensure both bars are prepared for set up in advance of each shift and in accordance with relevant standard of procedure.
- Ensure staff arrive to work on time as per the weekly rota.
- Develop, train and coach the staff to the standards of the club.
- 1 years’ experience working in a social club or pub environment.
- Experience in working in fast paced environments.
- Experience in overseeing events and supervising staff.
- Flexibility in working hours and able to work evenings and weekends.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
