We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable **Early Years Practitioner** to join our ‘Excellent’ school in Bingley.

As an **Early Years Practitioner** at Lady Lane Park School, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of our youngest learners. You will work closely with children aged 2 - 4 years, fostering their social, emotional and cognitive development through engaging activities, interactive play and thoughtful guidance.

**About the Role**

**Contract type**: Full-time, permanent, all year round

**Working hours**: Monday - Friday either between 7:30am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm.

**Salary**: NMW

**Start date**: _Immediate start available_

We are looking for someone who has:

- A willingness to train towards or holds a Level 3 qualification in childcare.
- Previous experience working in a Nursery setting.
- Enthusiasm, creativity and a gift for turning everyday moments into magical learning opportunities.

And someone who has the ability to:

- Create and implement fun and stimulating lessons that promote learning and development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and exploration.
- Promote social, emotional, cognitive and physical development through a variety of educational activities and play.
- Develop strong relationships and communication with children, parents and carers.
