Activities Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Help the Activities Team develop and implement a comprehensive activities program for residents
- Coordinate and schedule a variety of activities to meet the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive needs of residents
- Help the Activities Team plan and organize special events and entertainment programs
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a well-rounded and engaging activities program
- Provide support to residents
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation in activities
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the activities program and make adjustments as needed

**Qualifications**:

- **Previous experience **working with seniors or in a similar role is **highly desirable**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

An Enhanced DBS will be required.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 10:00am to 4:15pm. (6.25 hours, 15 minute break).

**Salary**: £11.75 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
