Grada Recruitment has partnered with a leading architecture firm in New Zealand. The client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
**Architectural**
**Graduate** with a focus on
**sustainability** and

**3 years of experience** working in an architectural firm in New Zealand and has a strong understanding of local building codes and regulations,
**NZS 3604**) as well as experience working with
**Revit**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the design and development of sustainable and culturally responsive architectural projects in the **education** space using Revit
- Prepare Resource and Building Consent
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project success
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies, design trends, and industry developments related to sustainability and cultural design
- **3 years of experience** working in an architectural firm in New Zealand
- Proficient in **Revit**, SketchUp, and other relevant design software
