What shifts are available?
SWDC is open 24-7 meaning you can work everyday in all 24 hours
Shifts and pay available:
Early shift: 0600-1400
Late shift: 1400-2200
Night shift: 2200-0600
Pay rates includes a higher Sunday rate as well as an increase after 12 weeks of work and after 52 weeks of work

Early and Late shift: £9.50
Night Shift: £9.96
Pay Rates - Post 12 Weeks
Early Shift: £12.24
Late Shift: £13.16
Night Shift: £14.38
Pay Rate - Post 52 Weeks
Early Shift: £13.51
Late Shift: £14.42
Night Shift: £15.64
What is the role?
- Processing parcels by scanning mail and parcels and distributing them into different containers based on location/postcode
- Managing bulk mail from mail bags, trays or bundles and sorting it by code for dispatch
- Distrubuting returns and ensuring being scanned so customers can track mail
- Working aroud automated conveyor belts as well as manual belts
- Keeping general warehouse tidy and ensuring containers are stored correctly
