- **About the Job**_

This key post is responsible for supporting and minute taking for a range of meetings in the Safeguarding and Reviewing Service. This is to include convening and booking meetings, as well as taking detailed notes.

We aim to support children and vulnerable adults to ensure they are as safe as they can possibly be and have plans in place to promote their well being.
- Accurately summarise complex data and work with highly sensitive and emotive information in a confidential, professional manner.
- You will have good written and verbal communication skills, be experienced in working to agreed standards and deadlines and will have made a positive contribution to teamwork.
- Also important are flexible approach to work, recent office experience teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Minute taking takes place on a laptop, which will be provided.
- In addition to minute taking skills you will need excellent organisational skills, be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
