Job Introduction
Colas Ltd are currently looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to work at Allied Infrastructures Saxilby office.

Allied Infrastructure works on 95% of the UK’s commercial, private, and military airfields offering specialist services. It also provides a wide range of specialist maintenance and contracting services on Highways for National Highways and Local Authority contracts.

Main Responsibilities
As part of the admin team working for Allied Infrastructure you will provide accurate and reliable administrative support to operations. Assisting across various departments, answering telephone calls, raising purchase orders, recording SMART Waste, document control and assisting with diary planning for upcoming works.

This is a varied role which requires a flexible person with a good attitude to change. You will be qualified to GCSE level or equivalent, including maths and English. An NVQ in Business Administration is desirable but not essential. Organisation is essential with this role along with good communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
