A opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to over see works on various refurbishment works.

You will working for a modern, forward thinking business that believe the strengths, skills and personalities of their people and key to the company’s success.

Responsibilities will include:

- A positive attitude
- Monitoring daily work on projects and effectively assign responsibilities to staff and subcontractors
- Ensuring Health and Safety is met
- To be responsible for supervision of works
- To ensure client expectations of works are achieved
- To ensure all tasks are completed as programmed, planned and executed in accordance with specification, drawings and dimensions.
- To be responsible for the direct supervision of both self delivery and supply chain delivered works
- To ensure sufficient resource is available
- The ability to mediate to resolve issues.

A company vehicle and fuel card is provided with this position.

**Salary**: From £35,000.00 per year
