Roles and responsibilities:
- Greeting patients
- Answering phone calls and face to face enquiries
- Supporting the practice manager, and the clinical team
- Handling payments
- Assistance in stock management
- Maintaining confidentiality and understanding GDPR regulations (Training provided)
**Skills**:
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous admin or reception experience preferable
- Understanding of IT
- Strong communication skills both written and orally
- Good organisational skills
**Requirements**:
- Adv DBS clearance (provided by the company)
- Proof of right to work in UK (If not a UK citizen)
- 2 professional references will be required
- Photo ID / Proof of residence x 2
