Constellia is an innovative, incredibly fast-growing company which is transforming the way our clients buy and manage a wide range of professional services, goods and works. We also run the Consultancy Procurement Council - a subscription-based peer topeer collaborative network of category specialists from many of the world's largest organisations.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and capable senior marketing and communications to drive forward our marketing strategy in line with business growth objectives. There are many different aspects to the role, so we're looking for someone with a background inB2B marketing, with experience in events, who loves writing content and developing proactive campaigns, and is a digital native.
This role is perfect for an ambitious Marketing Manager looking for a genuine opportunity to have a major impact in a fast-growing, highly successful business.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering all marketing & communications activity working with colleagues and key external stakeholders to create and deliver a wide range of campaigns and events. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assist the CEO and an external CMO partner to develop the marketing strategy in line with business' goals
- Execute the marketing strategy into a detailed budgeted plan and activity roadmap
- Own all marketing content. This will involve creating a daily and monthly content calendar that can be executed through direct and own channels
- Be a self-starter with proactivity, enthusiasm, and hunger for storytelling
- Build, grow and manage Constellia and CPC presence on LinkedIn
- Management of Constellia's attendance (as exhibitors) at conferences and events, including logistics and pre/post event campaigns
- Deliver a series of online events such as webinars
- Management and maintenance of websites (WordPress), project management of our website redevelopment
- Support Operational Procurement providing guidance on client and supplier communications
- Graphic design for social media, print flyers and sales presentation decks in-house as well as working with external partners on bigger campaigns
- Manage and prioritise requests for marketing tools and customisation of collateral
The Person
- Experience of developing and implementation a marketing strategy and plan to successfully drive business growth
- Strong content writing and creative brand awareness
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management
- Communicate effectively with management and key stakeholders
- Marketing related degree or equivalent qualification (e.g., CIM)
- Delivering tools and content strategy in line with business goals, specifically to drive leads
- A growth-mindset
