We are looking to appoint an experienced person preferably with experience of working with an accountants practice to join the team.

**About us**:
ExMed Worldwide specializes in the procurement of products for a wide range of industries. Our company is designed to make the procurement process easier, simpler and more profitable.

**Job Requirements:

- **
- Processing payments, invoices, incomes and receipts and entering data into sage accounting software / databases then filing the hard copies.
- Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure
- Paying Vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances
- Assisting with completing VAT returns
- Verifying the accuracy of business accounts and alerting the accountant of errors.
- Recording any inconsistencies to help the accountants reconcile inaccuracies.
- Assisting with ensuring Management Information is completed in a timely manner.
- Assit with preparing employee wages and processing through Sage.
- Managing employee expense claims
- Helping assist with any administrative duties and assisting the accounts manager with year end company accounts.

**Requirements:

- **
- Previous experience within an accounts role
- Sage 50cloud Accounts Professional experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work independently and within a team
- Analytical thinker and problem solver
- Competent IT skills
- High level of accuracy
- Extremely organized
- Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information

Hours of work - 20 - 25 hours per week.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour
