The job role involves: You will need to have **excellent attention to detail, be customer service focused and able to work on your own initiative **as well as in a team within a fast-paced environment.

You will have **high organization skills **to ensure you can manage a number of different tasks at any one time including **prioritizing your workload with strong written and verbal communication skills.**

**Job Type / Category**

The job role will include but is not limited to:

- **Stock Updating on all platforms for the Sales and Admin teams**:

- **Dealing with the returns of products and liaising with the Admin & Returns department.**:

- **Auditing stock**:

- **Printing Labels for new orders**:

- **Dealing with Out of stock orders and contacting customers to advise. Also following up the orders when the stock becomes available.**:

- **Dealing with courier's claims.**:

- **Complaint handling**:

- **Accurate data input**

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

minimum of A-levels/Degree. and work exp of 1 year on computer admin.

Previous experience in a similar environment is necessary

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£17,500.00 per year
