**Grade: 12 £13.69 - £15.43 depending on experience**

**Permanent Post Term Time Only (38 weeks)**

We are looking for a friendly and efficient person to be our Finance and Premises Administrator working across our Federation, alongside our Finance Director. You will be responsible for day to day finance tasks such as ordering, invoicing and banking, dealing with income from parents and school meals and general administrative duties. For premises, you will book contractors to carry out repairs, complete the necessary online reports for County and ensure the school is complying with Health and Safety and COSHH regulations.

We would like to hear from you if you have:

- proven clerical and administrative experience
- good ICT skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- are well organise and have the ability to prioritise work
- have good numeracy and literacy skills
- a calm, reliable and efficient manner
- a good understanding of the importance of confidentiality
- a good understanding of COSHH regulations
- a good knowledge of Health and Safety.
