JOB TITLE: Receptionist - Ongoing temp

LOCATION: Horley, parking onsite

HOURS: Shift rotation pattern, between 8-4, 9-5, 12-8

DURATION: Temporary - Ongoing

PAY RATE: £11 per hour + holiday accrual + benefits

**Key responsibilities within your role would be**:

- You will be working as a Receptionist/ Administrator for a well known company in the Horley area
- You will be answering the phone, transferring calls, and taking detailed messages
- You will be a welcoming presence on reception, Customer Service focused and passionate about ensuring callers and visitors have a great experience
- Administration and data entry duties as required

**Experience and skills required**:

- Excellent customer service
- Customer Focused, with a warm and welcoming manner
- Keen eye for detail, punctual and organised
- Ability to hit the ground running with little guidance
- Forward thinking, proactive and ability to use initiative
- Understand handling confidential information
- Able to work as part of a team but also independently
