Joiner/carpenter

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform joinery tasks such as installing doors, windows, cabinets, and other fixtures according to specifications.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials as needed.
- Assemble and fit components accurately to ensure proper functionality.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers.
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Joiner or similar role.
- Proficiency in using joinery tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 1 year (required)
- Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Galashiels (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Galashiels: Relocate before starting work (required)
