**Location: Leighton Buzzard, LU7 4TE**

**Contract Type: 40 hours per week. Working any 5 out of 7 on a rota basis which will consist of days, evenings and weekends.**

**Salary: £23,000 per year + £200 per month car allowance. We have a bonus scheme that provides you with an on target annual earnings of £40,000**

**Job Role**:
Ensure the full Customer Journey is followed at all times in order to deliver a truly fantastic customer experience, act as a positive ambassador for CarShop’s Brand Beliefs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ensure the full Customer Journey is followed at all times in order to deliver a world class customer experience:

- To meet and greet customers.
- To have a discussion with the customer in order to identify and understand individual needs, including methods of payment and budget.
- Qualify the customer’s needs, wants and desires to enable the correct vehicle is selected.
- Conduct test drives with Customers, ensuring the correct process is followed in a compliant and professional manner.
- Understand the process of valuing the customer’s vehicle to give a true and accurate reflection of its condition.
- To have a conversation with the customer in order to gain a commitment to purchase a vehicle.
- To complete all documentation, sell paint protection and MOT, and ask for online review
- You will then introduce the customer to the Business Manager in a friendly, professional manner ensuring that all key details are given.
- You will need to contact existing customers to advise them around time to change in order to support with vehicle needs, in a compliant manner.
- To ensure high standards of presentation of vehicles on display.
- To Support other areas of the store as required.
