**Teaching Assistant**

Location: Redditch

Duration: Full time, on-going

**Salary**: £85 - £95 per day

**The School/role**:
An amazing special needs school in Redditch are currently looking for a fulltime teaching assistant to work within one of their many classes from ages ranging from 4 to 19 years old. The school is a community special school with students with additional learning needs from developmental delay to very complex learning and communication needs. They aim to provide a secure environment where all the children's individual needs are recognised and catered for.

The team within the school are very supportive and will help you along the way. The staff in the school aim to give the best possible educational experience for their students. This job opportunity is very rewarding for people who have teaching assistant experience.

A new enhanced DBS will be needed for this role or a subscription to the DBS update service.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Teaching Assistant OR Relevant background
- Experience in SEN
- Immediately available
- Level 1 safeguarding certificate
- Relevant school based references
- Valid Photo ID - Driving Licence or passport
- Full DBS - on the update service
