**The Role**:
As a company, PIB Group ('PIB’) is a rapidly growing group of businesses across different elements of the insurance sector. The Group is growing rapidly both through acquisitions and by employing outstanding individuals with a wealth of knowledge and experienceacross the insurance market. For context, PIB Group formed in 2015 and today we employee over 3100 people and have revenues of £270m and £1.9bn+ GWP. We continue to expand from a wholly UK base to mainland Europe with trade reaching to Latin America.
Reporting into the Chief People Officer (CPO) this role will provide HR guidance for our international division, enabling the development and delivery of the people strategy. Working as part of the Divisional Leadership team to provide employee consultancyand drive successful business outcomes with a high degree of collaboration.
This role is based in Dusseldorf, Germany and supports our other offices across the group so travel will be involved to Poland, Netherlands, Romania, Spain and London.

**Responsibilities**:

- Direct and manage the divisional implementation of PIB Group People framework, policy & procedures
- Implement policies and procedures whilst looking at best practice
- To lead the people aspects of organisational design and change
- To work across growing organisational structures and multiple sites
- Manage talent management process and succession planning for business division
- Manage the recruitment of key talent
- Build and sustain strong relationships with the business leads and wider HR Group team
- Manage and support employee engagement strategy, activities and outcomes
- Act as a focal point for performance improvement and promote positive changes for the people management policies and processes
- Work with Group Head of L&D to identify skills gaps and create solutions
- Provide support to internal customers through guidance on Human Resources policy and procedures

**Experience**:

- 4 - 5 years gained within a HR role
- Fluent in English and German
- Experience either working for a start up company or scaling organisation that has gone through growth and change
- Thorough knowledge of international employment law including payroll, best practice policy & procedures
- Experience working for a European/ International company
- Adaptability and the ability to manage change
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly collaborative
