The Grove Nursing Home has an excellent reputation and has been established for over 15 years. The home has 41 bedrooms. We are successful in developing long term relationships with our residents and staff. We are a fully compliant, high quality home. Key requirements
- Hours are 8am - 2pm, 4 days per week with one weekend in three required.
- You will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role and ideally be qualified to NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, although this is not essential as training will be given.
- We will pay for your enhanced DBS.

Job responsibilities
- You will need to ensure the home maintains its high standards of order and cleanliness at all times. Working alongside our residents in a compassionate and respectful manner.
- You will oversee and support your team to deliver an efficient and coordinated housekeeping program across the week.
- You will carryout out supervisions, inductions, training and appraisals of your team.
- You will be required to comply with all regulatory requirements for delivery of care and health and safety.

Hourly Rate: £12.25 per hour.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.25 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Housekeeper supervisor: 2 years (required)
