**Operator (Erema)**

**3 on; 3 off dayshift**

**Main Responsibilities include (but are not limited to:)**
- Use safe working practices at all times;
- Report all line equipment faults, as appropriate;
- Make regular quality checks on product against customer specification;
- Monitor recycling line and support operators in fallowing activities screen changes; blade changes, scrap feeding, cut outs changing, and job changes from white to black (and vice versa);
- Record of all production data as required.
- Support monitoring quality of product during job run and the maintenance of required standards.
- Support monitoring job progress and ensure production quantity targets are met
- Working as a team with Operators/Warehouse team within the production unit
- Change work location within units as requested to maintain continuity of production and provide cover for breaks/emergencies etc.
- Experience of operating a machine within a manufacturing environment and maintaining quality standards;
- Experience of understanding and performing QA checks
