The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. They work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.

The Training Specialist Lead will manage a team of high-performing learning professionals to partner with training colleagues and Monetization Integrity teams to create and deliver programs that close skill gaps and drive behavioural changes that positively impact the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of training specialists (prioritising, assigning and following up on tasks, determining and reporting on resource capacity and utilisation, conducting individual 1:1's, coaching, supporting development plans, etc.)
- Create an inspiring team environment that follows our Bytestyles
- Oversee day-to-day operations, monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members and encourage creativity and risk-taking
- Actively collaborating in delivering engaging training experiences to diverse audiences, including internal sales teams and external clients
- Effectively communicate with leadership by proactively sharing key metrics, feedback, and insights. Drive open dialogue, ensuring transparent and timely reporting
- Collaborate with leadership to analyse data, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation within the training domain
- Support the team in creating scalable learning solutions for both internal and external clients
- Maintain a solid understanding of TikTok advertising solutions and advertiser ad policies in order to be an effective educator for both internal and external audiences
- Coordinate with marketing on external-facing materials designed for agencies in order to disseminate content, both internally and externally
- Manage with the team all aspects of program delivery (logistics, content updates, measurement, reporting)
- Conduct/support needs assessments to identify and address business performance problems
- Manage, curate, and upskill team to assist with delivery of learning paths for all Monetization Integrity teams
- Implement effective evaluation approaches to identify training impact and improvement opportunities
- Assist in design content across the full range of L&D programs including new hire onboarding, sales support, advertiser support, career development, and key organisational capabilities and tools
- Use proven instructional design methodologies and iterative processes to create highly engaging training
- Demonstrate comfort, flexibility, and adaptivity in a highly fluid start-up environment that requires team members to take on a range of responsibilities and contribute on multiple fronts
- Develop deep understanding of MI operational team structure, objectives and KPIs
- Cultivate relationships with teams across MI to identify learning needs and propose appropriate learning solutions
- Support the curation and centralization of learning content (videos, guides, presentations, playbooks etc.) for ease of access and use by all teams
- Facilitate MI courses and assist with other learning-related tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in a training role
- 3+ years of experience managing a team as People Manager
- Familiar using/managing learning technologies (LMS, LXP) and authoring tools (e.g Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, etc)
- Passion for learning and people development
- Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with the ability to learn quickly
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
- Highly collaborative spirit
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- A can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
- Experience successfully navigating a fast-paced, highly ambiguous start-up environment.
- Experience in virtual training facilitation and engagement techniques
