IVA Drafter

A starting salary starting up to £30,000 working Monday to Friday no evenings or weekend work. We are on the lookout for experienced Insolvency Drafters (IVA) who are looking to build a long-term career within a growing and financially well backed client.

Our client is a highly ambitious and forward-thinking company where the Directors have been within the financial Services sector for over 30 years. This position within the company will give you clear opportunity to progress to senior levels due to currentgrowth from Insolvency Drafters to Advisors within line of success of the business.

**Duties for the Insolvency Drafter;**
- SIP 3 advice and fact find call with client Liaising with client to obtain return of the proposal as soon as possible Managing the bank change process with the client if needed
- Draft proposal for approval by IP and Client
- Knowledge of Voting houses and how they may look at the case to ensure all info is done correctly
- General administration and process management
