Location: Westerham, Frimley/Camberley

The GSI Group is looking for a Technical Administrator to join a team at a rapidly expanding Wealth Management Firm with offices across London and South East England.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for providing experienced administrative support to Financial Planners and Paraplanners and overall, provide exceptional customer services to our clients.

You will be required to manage your own workload and the following:

- Preparing client files for meetings
- Writing client annual review letters, fund switch letters and other compliance letters
- Drafting and proof-reading documents, including client correspondence, illustrations etc
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of transfers, withdrawals etc.
- Experience using Xplan, CashCalc, FE, Defaqto, Microsoft 365 etc.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in a Financial Planning Administrator role
- Knowledge of investments and pensions
- Professional communication manner, both written and verbally
- Desired: Completed CII RO1 or working toward level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or any other Financial Services Qualification
