**Job description**:
**Are you looking to expand your skills and enhance your career to include providing Complex Clinical Care or do you already have Complex Care experience?**

**Apollo Home Healthcare are seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to support with our service user and her complex care needs.**

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate support workers and healthcare assistants in Stafford who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is a woman in her 30’s, who lives in Stafford with her husband and requires support throughout the day on a 1:1 basis.

She enjoys spending time at home, listening to music, watching films and enjoys accessing the community when she feels up to this.

Throughout the day, you will be required to assist her with enjoying her hobbies, interests and accessing her social activities, as well as meeting her care needs, this could include personal care and supporting with her mobility when required.

It is important that she feels comfortable around her team, we are looking for staff who have a similar sense of humour, who she can share a laugh and joke with.

**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.**

**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling

**Desirable Experience**
- Cerebral Palsy awareness
- Dystonia awareness

**We have the following shifts available;**
- Part Time Days
- 8am - 8pm
- Every Other Thursday & Saturday
- Extra Hours Available if Working Across Multiple Packages

**Take a look at our payrates**

Weekdays: £13.00 (£156 approx. per 12 hour shift)

Saturday: £13.50 (£162 approx. per 12-hour shift)

Bank Holiday: £15.00 (£180 approx. per 12-hour shift)
