**ServiceNow Administrator**
**Location: Remote**
RS Group is currently seeking a permanent ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. In this role, as a ServiceNow Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of administration and development for our newly implemented ServiceNow ITSM tool.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Perform routine administration and development tasks for the RS ServiceNow platform in day-to-day operations.
- Enhance the ServiceNow ITSM Tool to improve user experience.
- Coordinate and manage integrations between the RS ServiceNow platform and various service provider ITSM platforms.
- Manage integrations between the RS ServiceNow platform and internal systems like Active Directory and Jira.
- Administer ServiceNow users and groups.
- Optimize the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform.
- Create and maintain Service Catalogue requests, including the automation of workflow tasks.
- Support project activities for introducing new services and processes onto ServiceNow.
- Assist in the future onboarding of other companies within the RS Group organization.
- Manage new requests, including adding/amending resolver groups, adding new services, mapping incident categories to resolver teams, setting up correct SLAs, and mapping CIs to incident categories.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations, ensuring compliance and governance.
- Implement automation scripts and workflows to streamline processes.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in ServiceNow processes and proactively implement enhancements.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and defects, collaborating with the team to provide timely solutions and support.
- Ensure ServiceNow solutions align with industry regulations, security policies, and best practices.
- Manage the relationship between RS, ServiceNow, and the platform support partner.

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
- Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with other third-party ITSM tools
- Experience in integrating CMDB with other ServiceNow modules and external systems
- Adept at ServiceNow scripting and automation
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with various ServiceNow modules
- Possession of relevant ServiceNow certifications
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and working practices
- Background in working within a customer-facing organization
- Proven experience in developing relationships with internal teams and external third parties
