- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

- Experience in soldering preferred, but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues that may arise during sign fabrication
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
