As a **Senior Commissioning & Project Manager,**you’ll play a vital role in**leading projects, commissions or improvement programmes, and contribute to the delivery of larger programmes of work Identify and interpret issues, trends andproblems, which may have a broad impact both within the Council/CCG and for partner organisations, resolving these as appropriate and escalating complex problems if necessary. This will centre around older adults, adults with disabilities, adults’ communityhealth and reablement.**

**About the role**:
**Very flexible working arrangement in relation to hybrid / working from home.**
- Advise Directors, Members and others on issues relevant to the service area. Provide professional challenge and advice to colleagues, managers and partner organisations.
- Ensure the development and delivery of continuous improvements in all aspects of the service.
- Prepare and present a full range of reports (both standard and non-standard) covering area of responsibility.
- Develop good working relationships and communicate effectively with internal / external organisations / partners and stakeholders.
- Represent specialist area internally and / or externally. Model, demonstrate and promote good practice relevant to the role.
- This will include implementing the national agenda and local strategies that aim to integrate services and embed strengths and asset-based approaches to care.

**About you**:

- Relevant Project Management / Commissioning experience or qualifications
- Local Authority experience
- Demonstrable experience of planning, managing and delivering complex projects
- Demonstrable experience of performing in a similar role.

**What’s on offer**
- **Salary: £400-£500+* per day, Inside IR35
