The Welcombe Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa is a country house Hotel on the edge of Stratford-upon-Avon. We have 78 bedrooms and 7 apartments, a Spa with a swimming pool, Gym and an 18-hole championship golf course. Set in 360 acres acres of Park Land which makes for a beautiful place to work

We are excited too as we get ready for our Multimillion-pound Refurbishment of our Hotel and Spa, seeing us become the Premiere Hotel in Stratford

A great opportunity has arisen for a motivated Stores Person to join our team. As a Store Person you will support the Food & Beverage team by ensuring that all food and stock is accurately received, stored, recorded, and reported.

Your days of work will be Monday to Friday, 07.00-15.30

The role:

- Maintain the security of stores and follow the correct key procedures
- Check all deliveries off the lorries, and ensure correct delivery paperwork
- Ensure that delivered items are correct and in high-quality condition
- Deliver stock to correct outlets
- Complete administrative duties in relation to the purchasing system
- Forward, on a daily basis, requisitions and transfers to purchasing
- Communicate with all Heads of Departments regarding stock shortages and unavailable items
- Maintain the cleanliness of all stores and delivery areas
- Conduct regular temperature checks on goods on a daily basis
- Ensure stock and purchasing records are always current
- Support monthly stock takes
- Report any maintenance and/or hazard issues to the Supervisor on duty
- Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures particularly relating to food and beverage items Execute on tasks/requests as instructed by the Finance Manager and/or General Manager

**Salary**: Up to £11.00 per hour
