My client is currently Looking for experienced Joinery Supervisor.

They cover Stone, Joinery, Welding/Fabrication and Assembly. They're working on some very exciting projects and we build a lot off site, ready to be installed.

As a Joinery Supervisor your role will be to ensure the pace and continuity of the joinery production whilst maintaining rigorous safety standards

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Oversee a team of bench operatives capable of working safely and accurately with measurable outputs
- Ensure all operatives are adequately assessed, always trained and monitored for working safely; manage and recommend training programmes.
- Deliver a constant flow of work; monitor and measure the output.
- Plan for materials and required equipment to meet specified targets.

**We’re Looking For**:

- Relevant Safety Qualification\Training
- Workshop Experience within joinery production environment
- Experience working with MS Office (Outlook)
- Experience in managing people
- Must have Manufacturing Joinery Supervisor/Manager/Foreman experience - Bench joiners and Machine Operators.
- A clear understand and can demonstrate good H&S practice.
- People management

- Joinery: 1 year (preferred)

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
