- EL and PL

- RTA claims
- Assessing liability and evaluating quantum
- Obtaining andconsidering medical records
- Negotiating settlements and defending claims
- Instructing counsel
- Attending court hearings and trials
- Liaising with clients and other professionals
- Solicitors, legal executives and fee earning paralegals with at least 2 years' PQE
- Solid experience in personal injury matters is essential
- Ability to handle own caseload under mínimal supervision
- IT proficient

- Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines
