DESCRIPTION
- Are you a Casualty Claims Handler seeking a new opportunity in your career?
- If so, we have a brand new opportunity available for a Casualty Claims Handler to work as part of the fantastic claims team of one of our close broking clients with a great office location in the Centre of Manchester.
- As Casualty Claims Handler, you will work very closely with clients, assisting them with the presentation of their Liability claims and guiding them through the claim process in a professional and efficient manner ensuring claims are settled as swift as possible whilst keeping to a high standard.
- This position however isn\'t solely focused on EL/PL claims, as you will also be required to deal with Specialty Claims such as Cyber, D&O and Professional Indemnity. Therefore, any knowledge across these areas would be of great benefit.
- **Requirements**:
- Casualty Claims Handler experience is essential, either from a broker, insurer or solicitor background.
- Knowledge and experience across the specialty claims detailed above would also be fantastic.
- Excellent communication skills are a must, as well as being able to deliver an outstanding service to all clients at all times in a fast paced environment.
- A proactive approach to work and proven record of delivering objectives to deadlines without compromising the level of service.
- Either qualified to Cert CII level or be committed to gaining the qualification.

Salary & Benefits:
- £25,000-£35,000, dependent on experience.
