**About the role**:
As the Estimating Manager, your primary responsibility will involve thoroughly analysing client tender documents to gain a comprehensive understanding of the project requirements. Working closely with the designated team members, you'll be tasked with preparing subcontractor enquiry packages, including internal review and strategy meetings. Once prepared, you'll issue tender enquiry documentation to the selected list of subcontractors and handle any queries that may arise during the tender period.

Throughout the tender process, you'll address any necessary queries with the professional team, after thoroughly reviewing the received tender information. Collaborating with the enquiry team, you'll assess and implement the strategy and submission document. Moreover, you'll carefully analyse subcontractor tender returns and review tender presentation documentation alongside the preconstruction and delivery teams.

As part of your duties, you'll compile preliminary cost estimates and information based on discussions with the preconstruction and delivery teams. Leading tender settlement meetings, you'll present detailed information to the Estimating Director and the project team. Additionally, you'll be responsible for collating contractor proposals and finalizing tender submissions in collaboration with the project team.

After the tender process, you'll handle post-tender queries and participate in mid and post-tender interviews. Overall, your role will be vital in ensuring a smooth and successful tender process, encompassing document analysis, final submissions, and post-tender interactions.

**Benefits**:
My client is paying a salary of £75,000 - £85,000 plus a range of company benefits. You will be joining an established team with a fantastic working environment.
